This blog is a collection of writings expressing in my own style how differences and diversities may become and may already be one.
A source of encouragement for posting these ideas is from Patriarch Bartholomew’s 2023 Christmas message. There he invites his spiritual children to “construct a culture of peace and solidarity, where people will see in the face of their fellow human beings a brother or sister and a friend, rather than a threat and enemy.” https://www.goarch.org/-/patriarchal-encyclical-for-christmas-2023-

Creative writing. Poems. Stories. I have always enjoyed these writing styles.
Thinking deeply and researching are favorite aspects of the writing process.
Preaching and sermon writing are a blend of the creative and academic, in my own style.
I have prepared and preached sermons for the last 16 years as a parish priest in the Greek Orthodox Church of America in the Denver Metropolis.
Recently, ideas for unity of various fields of thought with faith along with the unity of Christianity preoccupy my heart and writing. I was unsure if and how to share these writings until reading the invitation from Patriarch Bartholomew’s 2023 Christmas message.

It is my hope that these writings do just that while also inspiring the unity of Christianity in our lifetime.
